Weekend hours run later. Staff are nearby throughout all open hours. If you’re on the floor late, you’ll notice the teams remain attentive, from change to tech support.

Tsogo Rewards Programme

Tsogo Rewards tracks your play, and you register at the desk with a valid ID or passport. Once set up, all you do is insert the card into a participating slot, and your points start stacking according to your bets and which machine you pick.

Want to see your points? Check the balance on kiosks near the entrance. You can use accumulated points for selected benefits within the Tsogo Sun network. If you visit any other Tsogo Sun casino, your card will work just the same, and you’ll see all the account details when you log in on the portal.

Layout and Experience

Machines are split into zones by type and denomination. The progressive slot machines are placed front and center, with jackpot totals visible above. Video slots are around the perimeter, while the mechanical reels cluster closer to Salon Privé.

Every area has its own attendant desk where you can get change, flag a fault, or clarify game rules. On busy nights, beverage service is always moving around, and if you’re playing in Privé, the drinks are on us.

Lighting and sound levels differ by area. The main floor has brighter lights and more energy, while Salon Privé uses softer lighting and sound. We separate non-smoking areas and added ventilation to keep things fresh.

Table Games

The slot floor is not the only attraction. Table games such as Roulette, Blackjack and Poker are open later in the day. On weekends, they open earlier.

Salon Privé is also available for table games if you want high limits and extra privacy. To get there, just talk to a floor manager first. Hours are the same as regular table zones, but Privé gives you a quieter game with more personal attention from the dealers.

Location and Access

You’ll find us at 1 Nerina Avenue, Caledon, Western Cape, right along the N2, some 100km east of Cape Town. Most players get here in an hour and a half by car. Whether you visit on a weekday or weekend is up to you.

Car parks are right beside the building, with spots close to the entrance. Security patrols are active in the parking zones and at all main entry points. You’ll come in through the main lobby, with signs leading to the casino floor, hotel desk, and dining.

Joining Tsogo Rewards

To join, just stop by the registration desk at our floor entrance. We’ll need your South African ID or international passport. The process looks like this:

1. Show your ID or passport to the attendant
2. Fill out a short form with your details
3. Read through and agree to terms
4. You’ll get your membership card and PIN
5. Put your new PIN into any rewards kiosk to activate
6. Plug the card into a slot, and start playing for points

It usually takes under ten minutes if things are not too busy. Right after, your points start rolling in.

Payment and Redemption

Most players go for cash. Machines have bill acceptors for South African notes. When you cash out, a printed ticket slides out - keep it. For quick payouts, visit a kiosk. If your win is bigger, our cashier window will handle it, but might ask for ID for those larger redemptions.

ATMs are available on-site, so if you need more funds, you can use your bank card. Just note, standard bank fees apply.

Both promotional credits and vouchers can be loaded to your rewards card. They sit as a separate balance from cash and come with their own usage rules - these are clearly noted in the offer’s details.
